After 10 years of establishment and development, up to now, PVCFC has created and maintained a certain position in the fertilizer industry in Vietnam. With a total production and business volume in 2020 of 1,008,360,525 tons, PVCFC accounts for more than 10% of the domestic market share with an average consumption demand of 11 million tons/year.

In the medium and long-term period from the next 5-10 years, PVCFC focuses on large, strategic goals and overall orientation for the unit's activities in the new situation.

Determining that the information technology system plays an important role in the management, direction and operation of production and business activities, since 2017, PVCFC has prepared for the digital transformation strategy with the important mark of establishing the Big data Project Board and recorded many positive results, most notably the breakthrough and outstanding success in 2020.
