Product quality is an important strategic step of PVCFC in affirming customers’ trust. We always actively seek the best quality raw materials with the most competitive prices from reputable suppliers in the Vietnamese and international markets to produce affordable high-quality nutritional fertilizers suitable for a variety of crops and lands.

Materials used in production meet the general standards of PVCFC. Most raw material orders are appraised and approved by the Materials Department, the Appraisal Department of the Company. The process of using raw materials is checked and compared between departments. PVCFC produces fertilizer from gas materials, so the Company does not use materials to manufacture products and also does not recycle materials or use recycled materials to manufacture the Company's main products.

On April 25, 2019, PVCFC was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for its outstanding achievements in occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting in the Industry and Trade sector in 2018. Security - safety, environment and fire prevention are always supervised to ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant in order to maintain the hygiene of the surrounding community environment.

In 2020, PVCFC did not let any accidents or incidents happen, causing loss of working time. The company strengthens supervision and management of contractors to ensure safety and quality for ongoing projects.

Every year, PVCFC prepares a periodic environmental monitoring plan and periodic reports on environmental protection in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 40/2019/ND-CP dated May 13, 2019, Circular No. 25/2019/TT-BTNMT dated December 31, 2019 and sent to MONRE and Ca Mau Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

In addition, we also identify environmental aspects and conducts environmental impact assessment; identify significant environmental aspects to put in place appropriate environmental control programs in each unit of the Company.

To ensure compliance with current laws, we have periodically updated newly issued legal documents and made plans to implement the contents that the Company needs to comply with, if any.

PVCFC has a team in charge of the environment, composed of highly qualified staff graduated from renowned domestic and foreign universities. Every year, the team is updated with knowledge and trained in environmental protection for workers working directly at the plants. All employees of the Company, especially employees at the plants, are regularly informed about the classification of waste, garbage, regulations on the economical use of electricity, water, etc. in production and office operations as well as regulations on environmental hygiene and occupational safety.

In 2020, in the context of the outbreak and spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, in addition to applying the epidemic prevention and control measures recommended by the Ministry of Health, the Company also took many positive preventive measures internally such as: Sanitizing and disinfecting workplaces, plants, warehouses, freight vehicles, etc. towards building a green - clean - safe working environment.
