The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Company, with full power to make important decisions related to the aim and benefit of the Company, except for matters which are under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors regularly supervises the Company's business operations, controls the internal and risk management activities. The Board of Directors of the Company consists of 5 people elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders:

Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen, born in 1977 in Quang Nam, graduated from Petroleum and Engineers School (ENSPM- Escole Nationale Superieure du Pestrole et Des Moteurs) - French Republic with a Master's degree. He has worked for more than 15 years in the field of petrochemical refining and experienced in operating the post-processing (petroleum processing) of PVN. Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen was General Director of BSR before becoming Chairman of PVCFC's Board of Directors.
