The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Company, with full power to make important decisions related to the aim and benefit of the Company, except for matters which are under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors regularly supervises the Company's business operations, controls the internal and risk management activities. The Board of Directors of the Company consists of 5 people elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders:

Mr. Tran My has many years of experience in management roles such as:
  • Head of Sales Department at Tan Canh Mechanical Plant which belongs to Gia Lai - Kontum Department of Industry;
  • Chief Accountant as well as Head of Economic - Financial Department, PMU of Huong Dien Hydroelectric Plant, Thua Thien - Hue;
  • Deputy Head of Planning Department, Ca Mau Fertilizer and Gas Project Management Board;
  • Head of Planning and Investment Department, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Limited Liability Company;
  • Head of Strategic Planning Department, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company
  • From January 2015, he has been a Member of the Board of Directors, PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company;
