The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Company, with full power to make important decisions related to the aim and benefit of the Company, except for matters which are under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors regularly supervises the Company's business operations, controls the internal and risk management activities. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh is Head of Economic and Planning Department of Ca Mau Gas - Power - Fertilizer Project Management Board from 2009 to 2012;

Deputy Director of Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Limited Liability Company as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors (concurrently) of PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company from 2012 to 12/2014;
From 15/01/2015 up to now, he is a Member of Standing Committee, Chairman of Inspection Chamber of Party Committee of Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Deputy General Director of Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as well as Chairman of the board (concurrently) of PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company.
