Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien has many years of experience in management roles at some units in the Oil and Gas industry such as:

From July 2007 to March 2009: She was Head of Supervisory Board at PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Joint Stock Company, now known as PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corporation;

From 03/2009 - 02/2011, she was elected a member of the BOD of PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corporation;

From February 2011 - December 2018, she was Vice Chairman of PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corporation;

From 01/2019 - 12/2018, she was elected Deputy General Director of PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company;
