On the morning of March 9, the 11th Year Anniversary (March 9, 2011 - March 9, 2022), was held at the Company’s Great Hall by Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, Hose: DCM), online connecting at 04 bridge points, namely: Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, PVCFC Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and PVCFC Office in Hanoi.

The ceremony was honored with the presences of the Leadership of Trade Union of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group: Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - President of Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Vice President of Trade Union and heads, deputy heads of the the departments and divisions, and on the side of the Executive Board of PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company(PVCFC) with the attendance of Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Van Tien Thanh - General Director, and the presences of members of the Board of Directors, Board of General Directors, Board of Supervisors, Heads of functional departments, branches, affiliated units and more than 100 employees attended directly and via online.


PVCFC with its mission of “the Nurturer” as providing with a source of high quality fertilizer to plants. After 11 years of establishment and development, the Company has achieved many proud milestones, such as: reached an output of 1 million tons after only 15 months of putting into operation in 2013, the largest IPO deal in 2014 obtained the National Brand, awarded of Second-class Labor Medal in 2016, listed in Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam for many consecutive years and Top 100 sustainable enterprises in Vietnam; its record output of 935 million tons was achieved in 2019; its revenue was more than VND 10,000 billion in 2021, etc and many other achievements. These are these testaments to the efforts, maturity, united spirit of the team, and belief in the sustainable development of PVCFC in the future.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared about the 11-year journey of establishment and development of PVCFC. Entering 2022, many difficulties and challenges are still existed, the world’s socio-political situation is complicated, which directly impact upon the crude oil price and input gas price as well, the scarcity of raw materials, the Covid-19 epidemic situation has shown signs of outbreak and the number of cases nationwide that is constantly increasing, the world inflation is forecasted at a high rate, etc. With the forecast of many immediate difficulties, the Leadership of the Company chooses the message throughout the action plan for 2022 as “Flexible Adaptation – Innovation” with the desire that each individual and each unit of PVCFC need to make more efforts, try harder, consensus to overcome challenges, their parts in the success story will go on.


During the event, the Information Security Technical Committee reported on the summary of technical innovation activities during the period of 2011 - 2021. Thereby, it may be seen that PVCFC’s innovation activities are always interested and implemented by the Leadership of the Company. This is also one of the essential conditions to help PVCFC to achieve great performance in the past.

PVCFC’s responses to the “Innovation” program to bring common benefits to the community

At the ceremony, the representative of the Trade Union  of Vietnam National Oil and Gas, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan, the President of the Trade Union recognized and praised the PVCFC’s proud achievements in the past, launching the emulation program of “Innovation” from the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group to the entire Leadership and staff of PVCFC. Responding to the Group’s launching, Mr. Van Tien Thanh, the General Director of PVCFC committed to implement and directly launch the program to the entire Company.

In the past year of 2021, the improvement initiatives from PVCFC, in addition to application for bringing great value to the Company, were honored at higher levels, contributing to the mutual benefit of the community. On this occasion, the excellent individuals and groups in innovation initiatives were rewarded by the Leadership of PVCFC’s in order to promptly encourage and reward them for keeping on striving.

Response and official implementation of “Innovation” Program from the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, the Leadership together with representatives of PVCFC’s organizations, signed the Emulation Agreement at the Ceremony. All of Leadership and employees of the Company warmly congratulate and commit to implementing the program, wishing the program reap much great success.

A cluster of works with the national stature was first built in the Southernmost wetland of the country for 11 years ago. From the first bricks to the powerful figure nowadays, along with indescribable hardships and challenges, those are the vivid witnesses to the full inspiration and uplifting journey. The market fluctuations and happenings of natural disasters are still unpredictable, in a “Flexible Adaptation – Innovation” basis, PVCFC will be consistent in its goals, cautious in action and flexible assessment of changes to ensure the stable and safe development of its organization. With a great determination and strength of solidarity and support from the Group and Departments, it is believed that PVCFC would devote all its strength to obtain the new achievements as expected of its companions.
