Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, July 24th, 2025 - PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, HOSE: DCM) has officially been recognized among the Top 5 Vietnamese listed companies with the highest corporate governance scores, based on the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) - the region’s most reputable corporate governance benchmark.

 This prestigious award was presented at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Awards 2025, hosted by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF), and the independent monitoring organization Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG). Representing PVCFC at the event, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors, attended and personally received the award.

Established in 2011, the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is a comprehensive assessment framework based on five core pillars: Shareholders’ Rights, Equitable Treatment, Role of Stakeholders, Transparency and Disclosure, and Responsibilities of the Board.

In 2024, the ACGS evaluated over 560 of the largest listed companies across six ASEAN countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
